Our prices include GST and do not include freight, which will be an additional charge. See below for our shipping rates:

Return Policy
1. Change of Mind
We all change our minds sometimes! If you decide that what you've bought isn't quite right for you, and you haven't opened or used the product, we'll accept a return.
- Time Frame: Please reach out within 14 days of your purchase.
- Contact: Send us an email at info@auspen.com with the subject line "Return: [your order number] and let us know which items you'd like to return.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
2. Faulty Items or Incorrect Orders (Our Mistake)
Oops! If we've sent you something that isn't quite right or if it turns out to be faulty:
- Time Frame: You have 90 days from your purchase date to let us know.
- Contact: Drop us a line at info@auspen.com.
- Proof: Please provide some evidence of the fault or error. It helps us get things right next time!
- Shipping Costs: This one’s on us. If we made a mistake or the item is faulty, we'll cover the return shipping.
