AusPen Purchase Policy

AusPen protects your privacy and all email address and names are for our records only and are not used for a third party. If you are receiving emails from us but you wish to be taken off our mailing list, please email us and we will take your name off straight away or click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email you received.

Policy on Return Goods
We want all our customers to have a happy experience buying our products.

If for any reason when you receive our products you believe they are faulty, damaged or broken please contact us immediately to discuss the next steps to take.

Please do not send any products back without contacting us first.

We will only replace the number of items that are sent back to us.
You must contact us within 90 days from the purchase date and you will need to provide your contact details, purchase date and explanation of the problem with the product.

Within 24 hours of receiving faulty products we will be in contact with you with an answer in regards to the return of the products. The condition of the Guarantee is that the products have not been mishandled, to warrant a replacement.

If for any reason you receive our products and they are not what you want you have 7 days from receiving the purchased goods to send them back (customer pays for postage/freight) and the products must be unused and in their original condition. Please do not send items back before contacting us first.

If you find a problem after the 90 days please still contact us and we will send you out a formal complaint form, though it will be in our judgment on the next steps to take.


Payment and Postage Policy
Our prices include GST and do not include freight, which will be an additional charge.
