If in the rare instance you find that part or all of your AusPen product is broken or not working, please contact us immediately via email@example.com to organise a replacement and the return of the faulty goods. Please do not send any products back without contacting us first. We will only replace the number of items that are sent back to us.
You must contact us within 90 days from the purchase date and you will need to provide your contact details, the purchase date and explanation of the problem with the product.
Within 24 hours of receiving faulty products we will be in contact with an answer regarding the return of the product. The condition of the guarantee is that the products have not been mishandled to warrant a replacement.
If you find a problem outside of the 90 day window, please still get in touch and we will send you out a formal complaint form, however it will be within our judgment to decide the next steps to take.
